Newest Trojans welcomed at spring new student convocation
University leaders greeted incoming students at what’s become a USC tradition.
The newest Trojans got their first taste of another USC tradition Friday at the new student convocation. The university’s top leaders gathered at Bovard Auditorium to welcome the spring admits, those new and transfer students just now beginning their time at the university.
The students, along with family and friends, were welcomed by President Carol L. Folt, Vice President for Student Affairs Winston Crisp and Provost Charles Zukoski on the last weekend before classes start.
