Trojans discuss impact of Martin Luther King Jr. at celebratory event
Students, faculty and staff gather to remember the civil rights leader and consider the impact his work has had on the nation.
With the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday around the corner, Trojans gathered Thursday to discuss the legacy of the civil rights leader. The Martin Luther King Day Celebration event was hosted by the Black Staff and Faculty Caucus and the Center for Black Cultural and Student Affairs. In addition to the host organizations, groups represented at the celebration included La CASA, the Black Alumni Association and more.
