USC Opens Internet Cafe for Neighborhood Kids, Parents
WHAT: Grand opening of the Trojan Internet Connection, a USC computer facility providing Internet access for neighborhood residents
WHEN: Mon., Jan. 23, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
WHERE: USC Community Computing Center, University Village, Jefferson Blvd. at McClintock
WHO: The facility will provide Internet access for members of Kid Watch, MedCOR, USC’s Neighborhood Academic Initiative, School for Early Childhood Education (Head Start and state preschool) and Education Opportunities Program Center (Upward Bound & Talent Search).
