DETAILS FOR MEDIA:
Media are strongly encouraged to arrive early to allow ample time for parking, check-in and set-up inside the auditorium. Space for media is limited and RSVPs are required. Doors will close promptly at 5:00 p.m. and all media must be in place by that time — no exceptions. As this is a live broadcast, re-entry will not be allowed.

Since KTLA 5 is exclusively airing this debate live, no other media is permitted to carry any live video or audio of the debate. Other media can broadcast portions of the debate, not to exceed two minutes, within the 24 hours following the event. KTLA 5 and latimes.com will live stream the event, but all other online use of live video is prohibited. KTLA 5 can provide video for broadcast use, provided it is marked “courtesy of KTLA 5.” A mult-box will also be available for radio stations.

All media must bring valid press credentials in order to cover the debate. Photographers and camera operators should be prepared to capture images of the debate from the back of the auditorium, although there will be an opportunity to move and film or take photographs near the stage at the end of the debate. No flash photography is allowed during the debate.

PARKING DETAILS:
News vans will be able to park in the inlet on Jefferson Blvd. north of the USC Galen Center, but will not be permitted to run wires on the Jefferson Blvd. sidewalk.

Limited parking will be available for media in passenger vehicles in Parking Structure 2 (PS2) just south of the USC Galen Center.
