University Professor Manuel Castells receives the Presidential Medallion, the university’s highest honor.
Standout students, faculty and administrators celebrated the heights of Trojan scholarship at last weeks 35th annual Academic Honors Convocation.
USC President C. L. Max Nikias presented the Presidential Medallion, the universitys highest honor, to Manuel Castells, University Professor, the Wallis Annenberg Chair of Communication Techonology and Society and professor of Communication, Sociology, Planning and International Relations.
