This year’s Trojan Family Weekend, held from Oct. 5-8, welcomed families, visiting students and alums to the university. The annual event showcased more than 200 unique programs, including faculty lectures, workshops and tours on campus, offering visitors — especially parents of current students — an in-person look at USC’s teaching, research and public service.

It was also a weekend of fun and celebration, with the Trojan Marching Band rallying attendees throughout various events. On Thursday, Visions and Voices hosted a concert by ’80s band ABC (“Be Near Me,” “When Smokey Sings”) on McCarthy Quad. And on Saturday, the university hosted the Trojan Family Weekend tailgate in Alumni Memorial Park before the football game against Arizona (USC held on for a 43-41 win in triple overtime).
