Israel-Hamas war: USC experts in international relations available

As the Israel-Hamas war continues, USC experts are available to discuss the issue from an international relations perspective and to share insights on topics consequentially related to the war here in the United States.

Patrick James is an expert in international relations and foreign policy analysis, ethnopolitics, security studies and conflict, crisis and war. James is the dean’s professor of international relations at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences.

Robert Williams is the Finci-Viterbi executive director of USC Shoah Foundation. He is UNESCO Chair on Genocide Education and the advisor to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. He has played several leadership roles in international and policy initiatives focused on Holocaust and antisemitism issues, and regularly advises international organizations and governments on these matters.

Douglas Becker is an expert in peace and conflict, the Global War on Terror and use-of-force issues. He is an associate professor of political science, international relations and environmental studies at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences.
