Media instructions: Los Angeles Mayoral Debate at USC March 22, 2022

WHAT: The USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future, Fox 11 LA and the Los Angeles Times will co-host a debate among Los Angeles mayoral candidates March 22. Media will not be admitted to the debate but are invited to view a live feed on campus. Candidates who choose to participate will hold a media availability session immediately following the debate.
The debate will be streamed live on the Center for the Political Future Facebook page, foxla.com and latimes.com.
WHERE: Bovard Auditorium, University Park Campus, 3551 Trousdale Parkway, Los Angeles, CA 90089
WHEN: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22
WHO: Mayoral candidates Karen Bass, Joe Buscaino, Rick Caruso, Kevin de Leon and Mike Feuer. Fox 11 LA anchor Elex Michaelson will serve as co-moderator along with Los Angeles Times columnist Erika D. Smith.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDIA:
All campus visitors must complete Trojan Check prior to arrival on campus. Please allow extra time for this process when you arrive on campus.
Media must register here to receive confirmation and an access pass. The deadline for registration is Monday, March 21, 2022 at 5 p.m. PST.
Media must check in by 5 p.m. in front of Bovard Auditorium and will be escorted to a reserved viewing space at Tutor Campus Center nearby. At the end of the debate, members of the media will be escorted to a “spin room” where candidates who choose to participate may offer interviews.
Parking information for private vehicles will be provided upon review and acceptance of registration.
