The Entrepreneur and Venture Management Association (EVMA) at USC Marshall School of Business Presents the Sixth Annual Southern California Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable
Evening offers intimate access to tried and true strategies of seasoned entrepreneurs
What: Sponsored by the Entrepreneur and Venture Management Association (EVMA), the USC Marshall School of Business and the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, as well as USC IDEAs and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Los Angeles, the Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable is the flagship event of the EVMA, a USC Marshall student-led organization committed to fostering innovative, entrepreneurial solutions.
Over 40 entrepreneurs from a variety of sectors including social networking, entertainment, medical, nonprofit, retail, food/beverage, technology, e-commerce and consulting, will share insights about the start-up and venture capital landscape with local MBA students and participating students from Crenshaw High School’s Junior Achievement program. Additionally, in this roundtable format, participants will receive counsel on existing ideas and be privy to a street level perspective, including the realities and ups and down of being an entrepreneur.
Marshall graduate Lloyd Greif, the founding donor of USC’s Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and the President and CEO of Greif & Co., will give the event’s keynote address.
USC faculty member Steven Mednick and founder and President of Plenum Revenue Group, a business development advisory firm, will lead the first panel discussion, followed by separate panels by industry experts and a networking session.
