USC experts available to discuss ICC arrest warrant for Putin over war crime allegations
On Friday, March 17, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes committed in Ukraine. Russia has since responded by opening its own case against the ICC. USC experts in international relations and human rights are available to discuss what the charges mean for the war in Ukraine and international diplomacy moving forward.
